Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Outspoken Counseling and Consulting Services has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7090. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Outspoken Counseling and Consulting Services is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. 

Outspoken Counseling and Consulting LLC, #1763, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Outspoken Counseling and Consulting LLC maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 02/23/2021 – 02/23/2024. Social workers completing this course receive 18 continuing education credits.

After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.

Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard", you will be able to:

  • Complete evaluation forms for the event
  • Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Absence Policy for Training

By registering for this workshop, you are pledging your full participation which includes being on time each day and staying for the full session. Not all CE granting organizations allow partial credit so it is possible that missing any of the training time will cause you to forfeit CE’s for the entire workshop. Partial CE certificates will be issued to the fullest extent allowed by the governing bodies. 

Grievance Policy

The goal at Outspoken Counseling and Consulting LLC is to provide an effective learning experience for all participants. If you have a problem with registration-related difficulties, course content, promotional or educational materials, workshop site, facilities, technological resources, or any other course-related issues, you are expected to discuss them directly with the training team as soon as possible. All grievances of this nature are addressed by having conversations aimed at achieving a fair and balanced outcome for all involved.

All grievances can be sent to Training@outspokenservices.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. A confirmation email will be provided within 24 hours of receipt of the email. Refer to the below information regarding Outspoken Counseling and Consulting LLC grievance procedures.

Cancellation and Refund Request

$75 of your registration fee is non-refundable.

If you cancel your registration 60 or more days before the training, you may request a refund of the money you have paid, less the $75 administration fee.

If you cancel your registration less than 4 weeks before the first training day (for any reason), you will receive a 50% credit toward another training within the next 18 months.

If you cancel your registration less than 2 weeks before the training day you are not eligible for a refund.

If you do not show up for your registered training, you do not get a refund.

If Outspoken Counseling and Consulting LLC has to cancel the training for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund (including the non-refundable registration fee) or you may transfer your registration to another training.

If the training is canceled due to a natural disaster, Outspoken Counseling and Consulting LLC will not be liable for costs other than the registration fee.

Non-Receipt of Certificates

Certificate of completion will be emailed to all participants between 7 to 14 days after the training. If you do not receive your certificate please contact us by email at Training@outspokenservices.com. We will follow the below policy regarding certificates of completion. Replacement certificates are $25

Once the email is received, a certificate of attendance or invoice for replacement will be emailed within 48 hours.  

Grievance Process

Confirmation of receipt of an email sent in 24 hours.

The continuing education team will meet within 7 days to discuss grievances.

Option for a meeting with the Social Work Consultant and CE Director will be offered after the initial continuing education team meeting.

The person submitting the grievance will have 48 hours to respond to the meeting offer.

Grievance response or decision will be emailed 48 hours after the meeting date or meeting response deadline.
